When is a public convenience not a public convenience?
A prime illustration of this is the building that lies approximately midway along the walk on the southern side of the Everett Marina. This building displays a huge sign “Public Restroom.” However, if a member of the general public tries to use this facility they will find the doors locked. A marina employee stated that these restrooms are entirely for the boating clientele of the marina and can only be opened by them with their marina key.
A question for the marina management: Why not remove the large “Public Restroom” sign from the facility that is not a public restroom?
