It is bad enough that people blatantly set off illegal fireworks on the Fourth; now they are doing it on New Year’s Eve! So angry; it disturbs the peace of the neighborhood and endangers many homes on a winter night! These people should be prosecuted to the max for this irresponsible behavior!
