Make officials take competency test

Just wondering. Are those clowns that are involved in the Everett School District spy case also involved in the WASL fiasco?

The level of shown intelligence seems to be on par. I think that a lot of these people who are hired or elected to various jobs and positions should have to take a really hard test after they get hired or elected, but before they assume their duties. Then if they fail the test they cannot report for work!
