I think it’s nice that the Prohibition Grille has received kitchen makeover, new menu and prices. However, the name troubles me. The term “gastro” sounds painful or irritating. Webster’s defines it as “eater” or “gnawer,” and to “gnaw or devour,” and having to do with the stomach. Granted, food does end up there in the stomach, but the name Gastro Pub leads me to think the results might be uncomfortable. I would have opted for simply Pub.
