At the beginning of June my goddaughter had to be airlifted from Providence’s Pacific Campus in Everett to Children’s Hospital in Seattle.
As I was standing outside crying and watching the helicopter come in, I spoke to a gentleman who was also at the emergency department. After speaking with him he went to his car and retrieved a talking stuffed duck puppet that he gave me to give to my goddaughter. He stated that it was his favorite stuffed animal.
This gentlemen showed me that people in this world care and that they will help someone else out, sometimes we forget this.
Thank you for reminding me of this. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him. He was able to put a smile on my face and those of my family in a difficult time. Thank you for your generosity.
