My sincere thanks to the Everett Fire Department, which so quickly responded to my emergency call and transported my wife to Providence Hospital where the doctors and nursing staff worked diligently to keep her alive long enough so that my son and I could say goodbye.
My thanks also to the staff at Our Lady of Hope church for their words of support and consolation and to the many people who came from near and far to be present at her funeral at Our Lady of Hope Chapel. I got dozens of cards and letters and messages of consolation from many friends that it is heartwarming to me and my family
A special thank you to the ladies of CBC — you know who you are — who had a cherished and life long friendship with Sheila Crehan, my darling wife.
