Once again Olympia has opted to try to balance the budget on the backs of Washingtonians who sell and purchase tobacco products by imposing yet another sin tax.
The state already makes 59 percent on every pack of cigarettes sold, at about $7 per pack.
Whose God decided that smokers are sinners who should be taxed and shunned again, and again, and again?
