I just read with great interest the Associated Press article about the “Fox Blocker” that filters out the Fox News Channel from viewers’ television sets (“‘Fox Blocker’ is creator’s act of civil disobedience,” March 27). I found it ironic that the creator of the “blocker” dislikes Fox News because it has a conservative bias yet he calls himself an independent. Sounds more like a liberal to me. Where else is he going to get both sides of a news story? Certainly not the mainstream media. Maybe he prefers to hear just the left wing point of view. He should try being more open minded.
Hey, I’ve got an idea. Maybe someone should invent a filter that blocks out the liberal bias from the mainstream media. Oh, maybe not, there wouldn’t be much of anything left. But then again …
