Of course Attorney General Rob McKenna’s lawsuit is political. He is that rarest of Republicans, a pro-choice Republican. He also brought a lawsuit against the Building Industry Association of Washington, which must be the largest Republican donor in our state.

This latest suit will help him with evangelical types who are anti-abortion. I just wonder if he can be all things to all people. As far as so many AGs being part of the suit against Obamacare, just about all of them are members of the GOP.

I just got my AARP newsletter and they say Obamacare is just about the same thing as the health-care bill the sainted Nixon and Reagan supported. How about that!
