I was walking my dog the other day and came across the attached sign (pictured at right). It had absolutely no effect on my dog. Even though she’s an intelligent breed and 5 years old, she still doesn’t know how to read (nor do I think she ever will).
It seems to me in this day and age, with budget cuts and under-funded programs, Snohomish County Public Works would have something better to spend its money on. Or is this the best idea that the department could come up with to spend Barack Obama’s economic stimulus money?
If Snohomish County Public Works is looking for additional “shovel-ready” projects, my dog has left a few in the backyard.
