I was very disappointed to find out I can no longer see my primary care provider at Cascade Skagit Health Care Alliance. The University of Washington took it over and they will not be accepting Tricare except by referral for specialty care. I only found this out when I went to schedule an appointment. As a retiree from the U.S. Air Force I think it is sad that the military retirees and active duty dependents can no longer see their primary care doctors. Thanks for your service … Right!
