Is it ethical to punish vulnerability? Of course not! That would be criminal. Sadistic.
Surprise! It happens in America and other places all the time. When minimum wages are enforced millions of potential workers are prevented from working below the set hourly paid minimum wage.
And hundreds of thousands employers prevented from offering available jobs though they are ever so ready and willing!
Minimum wage laws thrashes a free-trade principle existing throughout history. It severely punishes younger, less experienced workers who would have accepted learning while working and those temporary low wages.
