Minimum wage laws — though approved by higher courts — violate certain citizen’s rights!
These include: Free trade, exchanging jobs for wages; the right to offer hourly paid jobs; the right to accept hourly paid jobs; the rights for businesses to earn a profit; and the rights for citizens to climb ladders to success with no rungs missing or altered.
A question to minimum wage proponents: Are minimum wages not routinely and perversely hurting our younger, senior and handicapped citizens?
