Is it ethical to punish vulnerability? Of course not! That would be criminal Sadistic!
Surprise! It happens in United States and other places with courts helpless to prevent it. Because neither “trade” nor “free trade” are mentioned in the constitutions! So-when minimum wages are enforced millions of potential workers are prevented from working below the set hourly minimum wage.
And hundred thousands of employers are prevented from offering available jobs, though ever so ready and willing! Minimum wage laws thrash a free trade principle existing throughout history. It severely punishes younger, less experienced workers who totally would have accepted leaning while working including the temporary low wages!
