Must be something in the water

There must be something in the water at the Port of Everett building. For some reason elected commissioners who promised to allow a vote to expand the commission, who even agreed that the current system was stagnant, have miraculously turned into “good old boy” politicians — keep the status quo, don’t rock the boat, duck and cover up. No wonder they need a new building; but maybe a water filter would work.
