Go back and re-read Mr. Krauthammer’s Friday column, “Lack of candor about enemy isn’t helpful.”
I won’t submit a copy of his comments because The Herald has length limitations on letters from concerned citizens. What I really want is for someone to reveal how to get comments like Mr. Krauthammer’s in front of politicians like Sens. Murray and Cantwell, as well as President Obama. Then get them to respond publicly regarding where we are as a nation when it comes to “recognizing our enemy and planning our defense.”
Maybe they don’t think we need a defense. Just say so before November this year is all I ask.
