We are blessed to have such a qualified, hard-working, and caring county councilman like Nate Nehring representing north Snohomish County.
At 22, Nate has the passion and the energy to fight for his constituents and their concerns. We are all feeling the burden of expensive government projects and burdensome regulations that hurt business and make family-wage jobs hard to find. Nate helped to stop the building of a brand new county courthouse, a move that saved the taxpayers more than $150 million. Since taking office in January, Nate has taken multiple votes to oppose new regulations, allow businesses to compete and grow our economy.
Aside from official votes cast, Councilman Nate Nehring has worked tirelessly meeting his constituents and addressing their concerns. From visiting with local leaders and residents in Darrington about forestry and tourism to working with residents in Arlington to address the ongoing heroin and opioid crisis, Nate has shown dedication to the needs of the residents of north Snohomish County.
We need more people like Nate Nehring at all levels of government.
