What an outstanding New Year’s from Around the World party we had at the Children’s Museum this year! It was great to see the “party-goers” enjoy the diverse crafts, cultural legends and puppet shows we offered, as well as experience our hands-on exhibits. Even more exciting to us was the fact that we welcomed more than 300 guests – the largest audience we have ever served during a weekday program. It was very special to witness so many children and families celebrating the New Year together.
We want to thank the many volunteers who helped us with this special event, as well as the local media for publicizing it. And a special thank you to all of those parents and grandparents who set aside important time to share this once-a-year event with their children. You made them feel very special and created important and lasting memories. We applaud you for taking time together to start what we hope is a fantastic New Year for your family and you.
