Yes, yes, yes, Everett is a no fireworks zone. You hear, not even sparklers! The police will fine and/or arrest anyone who goes ahead and uses fireworks.
Finally, there will be peace in Everett during the July 4 weekend. Peace, lovely peace and quiet. Yes, yes, yes.
