No sympathy for accused mother

Speaking of being “saddened” “nauseated” and “ashamed” as stated in sorrowful letters written in support of Bonnie Desmond, who allegedly bound and suffocated her child, that is precisely how I feel regarding this most heinous act. This is hardly a “decent young lady” “lacking parenting skills”? A seven year old would know that to bind a mouth with tape could cause choking or asphyxiation.

So in the nine months she had to think about having a child, no one, including Bonnie, thought to educate herself on what raising a child is all about? There is no way my sympathy can go out to an adult who would so recklessly treat her own child.
