Not all employees make $59,000

I would like people to know that not everyone who works at Boeing earns $59,000 a year. I am a Grade A Factory Service Janitor. We are the lowest possible hourly pay grade. We are the only hourly workers who do not get a general wage increase. We do the same job as the Grade 2 Factory Service Janitors.

Grade 2’s earn $8 an hour more than Grade A’s. This is discriminatory and unethical. I believe in equal pay for equal work. It is my understanding that the union has proposed making all of us Grade 2’s. Will Boeing do the right thing or continue to discriminate against us?
