The Republican Party, Mitt Romney, and now Romney’s pick for vice president, Paul Ryan, talk a lot about developing a middle class, but I believe it is all cheap talk to calm the masses of people who are struggling in the United States.
President Barack Obama and his vice president are actively in the process of developing a middle class, with the ugly truth that sometimes to reverse a situation that has devastated the middle class, things sometimes get worse before they get better.
When a situation gets so one-sided in favor of one class controlling most of the money in the U.S., the people have great financial resources to make people at the level of the press, radio, film, etc., believe a lot of lies that will not be delivered.
Mitt Romney has a good history of taking apart businesses at the expense of the middle and bottom people. For a few at the top, that’s how they get their wealth; believe me, they don’t get it by being more intelligent, or cultured, sophisticated or deserving. They just flat out are in a circumstance where they can, and do, immorally tear the middle and struggling Americans to pieces.
If Barack Obama and Joe Biden do get an opportunity to continue building a middle class, I hope it is sustainable, because that’s the first thing the Republicans will prey on when they get a chance.
I also do not like the way the Republicans go after the resources from the programs that are supposed to help the elderly and struggling Americans when there isn’t a middle class to exploit.
