We need Bruce Overstreet in Olympia, representing the 38th District! This is an individual who has “walked the talk” for 31 years as a public school teacher and coach, a person who is willing to do the extra things to create something special at every school where he has worked.
The latest assignment has had him at Everett High where he brought energy and enthusiasm to the classroom and the playing field. Most recently, he has been the athletic coordinator at the school, and he worked with others to establish a real sense of identity among the students.
That is the same passion that Bruce will bring to Olympia. We need people who do things with courage and conviction. Bruce does not shy away from making the tough decisions in order to do what’s right. A vote for Bruce Overstreet on Aug. 7 is a vote for a person with vision when we have been stuck in mediocrity for so long in this district.
