The Herald’s Sept. 7 cartoon showing President Bush on a toy horse in the middle of a clear-cut forest is wrong. Get your facts straight before you publish a cartoon. President Bush never advocated clear cutting forests, he said thinning and clearing undergrowth. In the process roads will be built, that in the future a fire truck could use if needed. Stop telling lies about our president and start telling the truth.
