I am writing about the boat ramp on the river in Lowell. My husband loves to fish and thought the ramp at Lowell would be convienent for him. Wrong. You see, my husband is also disabled and has had throat cancer. This ramp is poorly designed, because the parking lot is a long way away, especially if your back is bad. (He has had two surgeries and he has problems breathing because of his cancer.)
Why would this ramp be designed to make it so difficult for the disabled?
