I think a lot of the problems people make are due to the fact that they always question other people, but not themselves.
People need to know who they are before they try to know who somebody else is. Even the most highly paid psychologists have been part of the problem because they are busy looking at other people’s problems and have never looked at their own faults.
If you want to stop the confusion and conflict than you first need to stop those things in your own mind.
