Pick of new pope historic, exciting

Now that the cardinals of the Catholic Church of have elected Pope Francis as the next pontiff to lead the world’s largest religious denomination, I just want to offer my blessings for him and share my excitement over his election. From all accounts, he seems very humble and I think he is a champion of the poor. Overall, he was a terrific choice as the next pope and this is truly a historic moment for the Catholic Church.
