The Herald for some reason has canceled Rip Haywire, the one comic I really looked forward to and always read first.
Rip Haywire was fun, action-packed, light-hearted and had modern day references that were hilarious. A smart comic compared to some of the soupy comics like Edison Lee, Phoebe and Her Unicorn and the mundane soap Luann.
The Herald lucked into getting it right when Sundays Heaven’s Love Thrift Shop stopped production.
I’m officially requesting the reinstatement of Rip Haywire!
My wife has been after me for years to cancel The Herald subscription due to diminishing quality. I have resisted her in this long but with RIP gone, unfortunately I may have to agree and come over to her side.
