What am I missing? Dixie laid off? Let’s see — expense to the city is $16,000 — she recovers $25,000 in drug money, or $9,000 reimbursed to the city. Also “pounds of drugs,” saving lives and health costs to families and the communities, and crimes from such dealings. Seems like a no-brainer — save our communities!
