If, as they say, humans are responsible for climate change then they are the cause. Governments always try to tackle the results of problems rather than deal with the causes. In this case carbon emissions, etc. It is time to face facts here and deal with the population explosion, 4 billion in the 1950s, 7 billion now. There are certain groups of people who for some reason want to breed as much as possible. These people must be exposed and pressured to reduce to two-child families.
The world cannot continue with the stress of such population expansion and until that fact is faced nothing will ever change.
