My wife and I feel privileged to be able to see vintage airplanes fly in this area on a regular basis. We look forward every year to when we can come and watch these airplanes fly. We feel that these flights honor those people who designed, built, serviced, flew and restored these airplanes.
These flights have been going on for several years and their schedules are posted on websites, and recently have been announced in newspapers and other media. Therefore, it should not be a surprise of when and how often these flights occur to those in the surrounding area. I am sorry that some people find these flights intrusive, but for us, these flights are one of the ways we remember that our freedom comes at a hard work, high cost, pursuance and sacrifice.
