I am a frequent visitor to drug court in Everett. This operation is a ray of hope both for those suffering from the devastation of drug use and for we citizens who are at times victims of this negative behavior. To witness the positive effects of help for this problem and the support of others recovering from addictions gives me a sense that something can be done to help those willing to help themselves.
The judge and the staff create an atmosphere that clearly is caring and supportive. I feel the best use of public resources is to help those willing to make an honest effort to put their lives back together.
