What a great response from a fine young man enrolled in Arlington High Schools Air Force JROTC program. (Jan. 29 letter, “This class is all about education.”) The student, Jerome C. Dunn, should be commended for his enlightening comments regarding his beliefs in this school-sponsored activity. Too often our young people are not duly recognized for their stance on issues that effect their lives.
Other JROTC programs throughout our state are equally proud of their respective students. Their core values will serve them well in life.
