Prosecutor should act aggressively

I would urge the Island County District Court handling the case of Paul and Karen Chestney, who are accused of animal cruelty, to penalize the couple to the fullest extent of the law if they are found guilty. This would include maximum fines, community service in an animal shelter and confiscation of their personal assets to compensate for veterinary bills, food and shelter for the collies, and courts costs to the taxpayers.
