I recently became aware of the budget shortfall of the Sno-Isle Regional Library System for 2004. As a rather recent resident of Snohomish County, I have been very impressed with the exceptional services provided by the library system. From the book mobiles that serve the elderly and disabled to all the resources provided for children, non-English speaking adults and all other citizens of all ages; to those using computers for job searches and other research this library system is tops, made more so by the professional, helpful staff. I urge the citizens to protect this valuable resource and vote yes for the library levy.
