Readers are free to read a balanced media diet

I subscribe to The Herald, not because I agree with its editorial opinion or its liberal bias and columnists, but because I seek its coverage of local news. The editorial opinion and liberal slant I glance at and then skip.

For a more balanced outlook and coverage of national news I read the Wall Street Journal. It’s a great counterweight to the liberal bias of Herald political columnists. As a result, I’m not in a bubble, I’m happy, and I do not consider myself ignorant.
