I wonder if Osama bin Laden will send the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals a thank you note. I feel he should. The court just affirmed his position that the United States of America is a Godless nation of infidels.
The preamble to the Constitution says “of the people, by the people, and for the people.” Apparently I have been laboring under a misconception that this phrase refers to the majority. Obviously the 9th Circuit Court does not subscribe to this philosophy.
What a sad state when the majority of the citizens of the United States of America must adjust to the minorities. This, I am certain, was not the intent of our founding fathers.
The entire 9th Circuit Court should be replaced with persons with at least a modicum of common sense and an understanding that the Constitution of the United States of America is to serve all our citizens, not just the miniscule minority of atheists.
