It is a shame that some people can spend $500 to kill some beautiful geese, while hundreds of family cannot afford to buy groceries or pay utilities bills. The health issue is bogus. My children grew up playing in fields sprayed with cow manure, and around cows, horses, chickens, dogs, cats, birds and a sheep, and they have never been sick in their lives. They are strong and healthy.
If people do not like wildlife they should not live in the country or around lakes. It is the wildlife’s territory. People should be concerned about real problems not about a bunch of poor geese pooping on their fancy decks.
