We do need a crosstown connection from the Riverfront to the Marina District with stops in between. We do not need a streetcar to fill the void in service. An easy solution would be to resurrect the Red Transit Trolleys, retrofitted with biodiesel engines and create a bus route cross town.
I will gladly accept a consulting fee for this suggestion.
