Since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year that “Obamacare” is a tax, then it becomes automatically unconstitutional!
As I understand the procedure, any legislation that involves taxes, by constitutional law, must begin in the House of Representatives!
Also, everyone should read “The Duties of the President” as stated in the U.S. Constitution. Nowhere does it state the president is allowed to propose legislation.
