Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad fails to recognize Israel or the European Holocaust and we are outraged. U.S. President George W. Bush fails to recognize reliable statistical methodology that shows his war with Iraq has led to Iraqi civilian deaths totaling greater than 500,000 people. Where is the outrage? Why is no one calling for some kind of accountability?
