A family of beavers moved into a local drainage pond and seem to have run out their winter feed supply. Several trees they have cut down have hung up on the fence that surrounds the pond and they have been unable to reach the branches. The furry rodents have devoured the branches I have gathered. The last time this happened, four years ago, a family of five ended up dead in the road. If anyone has fallen winter branches from the following types of trees: aspen (a favorite food), alder, birch, cottonwood, willow and other deciduous trees, the beaver could use them! Everett area. I would be happy to pick them up. Contact redsox4ever@frontier.com.
