Shame on the Washington state Supreme Court!
After waiting 18 years for justice, the state Supreme Court stayed the execution of a cold-blooded killer. Cal Brown was rightfully convicted of torturing, raping and killing Holly Washa in 1991. If ever the death penalty deserved to be handed down, this was the time.
What person in their right mind could find it in their heart to stay the execution of a monster accused of this horrendous crime?
The Washa family must be devastated by this cruel court action. As for the jurors who voted to stay the execution — shame on you for your tasteless, horrible and unjust decision.
