Sheriff acting no different than other elected officials

So they say Sheriff Adam Fortney has “used his position as an elected official to encourage citizens to defy the law.” I can’t say as I necessarily agree with him, yet. But, hmmm, let me think: Isn’t that exactly what other elected officials on the liberal side do every time they trample on and try to destroy all our other Constitutional rights?

I guess it all depends on whose rights you’re trying to defend: everybody’s or just the select ones that fit your personal desires.
