All they need to do is put those concrete barriers in between the existing cable barriers. But no, they have to figure a way to make it the most expensive project they can. $28 million – give me a break.
I have been on some of these state projects, being in the construction field. They actually had a guy there measuring the rock size. The company that I was working for has been paving since they have had paved roads. They don’t need some educated idiot out there measuring rocks. But all we can do about it is write this paper and complain. They do what they want, no matter what the people say.
