Ray Stephanson will meet the challenge of leading Everett forward as our next mayor.
Stephanson served on the Everett City Council for seven years and led the charge to support our paramedic program, Navy homeport, libraries and parks. Stephanson was born, raised and educated in Everett. He served in the United States Army and has spent many hours giving back to our community.
Along with the hundreds of citizens who already support him, he is the only candidate who has earned endorsements by former Mayor Ed Hansen, Snohomish County Executive Bob Drewel, Snohomish County Prosecutor Janice Ellis, the Women’s Political Caucus, The Seattle Times and The Herald. It is no wonder that so many individuals, community activists, business leaders and newspapers are lining up in support of a candidate with a clear vision and the needed experience to watch Everett’s finances in a time of budgetary concern.
Stephanson will ensure Everett’s long-term economic stability while planning for the future. In this important election it is crucial that we elect someone with competent leadership to help Everett succeed. I hope you will join me in voting Ray Stephanson for mayor on Tuesday.
