Strategy wouldn’t fly for Joe Citizen

So, I guess the key to beating a DUI — and keeping your drivers license after refusing to take a Breathalyzer test, no less — is as simple as having a co-worker you had dinner with verbally vouch for your sobriety, regardless of other positive indicators. (“Snohomish County judge won’t be charged with DUI.”) Yah, I’ll try that out and let you know how it works for Joe Citizen.
