Please tell me that the front page article about the Sounder train commute to Seattle was a joke. The story reports that there are about 585 boardings per week. The trains make four one-way trips each day. Is it true that we paid $385 million so that 30 people could ride the train on each trip? Send me the $70 per ticket subsidy and I will take a cab to Seattle.
