Supporters can give agency cash

Recently the Opinion page has had some very well-written letters about the possible negative ramifications of reduced federal funding of Planned Parenthood. These proposed cuts are due to the huge deficits that have been adding up in D.C., but the letter writers are concerned about what might happen without the funding.

I have great news. If someone really cares about women’s health, there is a simple answer. You can write Planned Parenthood a check! They will gladly accept your money. Get others to contribute also, those who agree with you.

I realize that this goes against the Liberal’s Creed, which is: “I like this idea, so you have to pay for it.” But there is another saying that goes, “Put your money where your mouth is.”
