Once again, Roy Robinson Chevrolet has proven to be a positive influence in our community. Company President Gordon Bjorg and General Manager Mark King provided funding for basketball equipment and gear for the Marysville Sports and Recreation youth league Lakers basketball team.
Each one of our 10 kids received new shoes, socks, a water bottle, wrist bands and a Jordan backpack. We, the players and their parents would like to thank the staff at Roy Robinson Chevrolet for their community contribution.
The look of surprise and excitement on the kids’ faces is what community and life is all about. Once again we thank President Gordon Bjorg, Mark King and the staff for their help.
The 2008 Lakers youth team finished with 10 wins and no losses.
